Jason Trowbridge is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in downtown Santa Rosa and downtown Petaluma. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California at Santa Cruz, a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, and went on to complete levels I and II of the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies Program at U.C. Berkeley. Jason has received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy or "EFT" at Alliant University.
Jason began working with teenagers 18 years ago in a program for "at-risk" teenagers in San Francisco as a program administrator. In 1995, he began working clinically with adolescents, couples, families, and adults in a community-based counseling center. He has also worked for a non-profit agency treating adolescents and families, and three different agencies treating individuals with severe psychiatric disabilities including those dually-diagnosed with substance disorders. In his current practice, Jason works with teens, couples, and adults.
Jason has served as a Mental Health Commissioner for the cities of Albany and Berkeley. |
